簡介

黃惠琳大律師於2016年完成與葉巧琦資深大律師、陳政龍資深大律師、沈士文大律師和藍建中大律師的見習後開始執業。她擁有廣泛的民事訴訟經驗，並專注於家事法。她參與了各種婚姻案件，包括：

• 已婚或未婚夫婦之間的管養權、照顧和管束權及探視權；
• 兒童移居；
• 法庭監護權；
• 海牙公約有關擄拐兒童的申請；
• 父母子女關係命令；
• 家庭暴力；以及
• 涉及本地和跨境婚姻的財務和附屬濟助。

黃惠琳大律師曾在上訴法院、原訟法庭、區域法院、家事法庭、土地審裁處和裁判法院出庭。

LCG v. IK (FCMP 231/2019, 22 June 2021), as the sole advocate representing the applicant father in seeking relocation of his daughter from Hong Kong to Shenzhen.

CD and TCH v. TKH and THK (FCMP 148/2017, 5 March 2021), as the junior counsel, led by Ms Anita Yip S.C, representing the 2^nd Respondent in his application to challenge the jurisdiction of the family court in hearing the Applicants’ application for parental declaration.
