背景

Profile

馬安琪大律師擁有豐富的民事和刑事訴訟經驗,並擅長處理知識產權爭議。馬大律師曾於成為大律師前於2012年至2015年出任知識產權署知識產權審查主任,且為現任香港大律師公會知識產權委員會的成員。她經常代表各方處理知識產權案件,並就知識產權法的各個範疇提供法律意見。

馬大律師在其他領域亦具有廣泛經驗,包括刑事訴訟、法定紀律程序和一般民事訴訟。馬大律師曾代表客戶處理包括侵權、合同、土地、商業和各類公司事務等民事訴訟。她曾受司法機構邀請擔任暫委裁判官,亦曾以外聘大律師身份擔任檢控工作。

馬大律師接受各個領域的委托,能夠提供中文及英文的書面陳詞,並以中文及英語進行聆訊。
