简介

黄惠琳大律师于2016年完成与叶巧琦资深大律师、陈政龙资深大律师、沈士文大律师和蓝建中大律师的见习后开始执业。她拥有广泛的民事诉讼经验，并专注于家事法。她参与了各种婚姻案件，包括：

• 已婚或未婚夫妇之间的管养权、照顾和管束权及探视权；
• 儿童移居；
• 法庭监护权；
• 海牙公约有关掳拐儿童的申请；
• 父母子女关系命令；
• 家庭暴力；以及
• 涉及本地和跨境婚姻的财务和附属济助。

黄惠琳大律师曾在上诉法院、原讼法庭、区域法院、家事法庭、土地审裁处和裁判法院出庭。

LCG v. IK (FCMP 231/2019, 22 June 2021), as the sole advocate representing the applicant father in seeking relocation of his daughter from Hong Kong to Shenzhen.

CD and TCH v. TKH and THK (FCMP 148/2017, 5 March 2021), as the junior counsel, led by Ms Anita Yip S.C, representing the 2^nd Respondent in his application to challenge the jurisdiction of the family court in hearing the Applicants’ application for parental declaration.
